Managing your struggles alone can feel overwhelming and defeating. I offer assistance in helping you to increase mental and emotional well being in a compassionate and collaborative way. Together we’ll address your presenting issues that are causing current obstacles in daily life such as anxiety, stress, executive functioning, challenging transitions, relational issues with family, partners or friends, relational trauma, perimenopause/menopausal changes, and alcohol use.

Stress & Anxiety

Life stressors causing physical and emotional discomfort can be overwhelming. If you struggle with excessive worry and lack coping skills, you're not alone. Signs include negative thoughts, excessive worry, depression, low self-esteem, sleep difficulties, tension, and irritability. It's important to recognize that ongoing stress and anxiety can impact your mental and physical health. How well do you know your nervous system? You will learn about your autonomic states to recognize body signals. I will also help you to manage your symptoms, develop healthy coping strategies, address challenging thoughts and feelings, honor your values to make positive choices, and work towards your personal goals to move towards a more meaningful life.

Relational

Feeling disconnected from loved ones can lead to avoidance, conflict, and challenges in relationships. Do you notice a pattern of attachment that leads to people pleasing and inability to set personal boundaries that prevent you from connecting to your sense of self and empowerment with others? Building strong relationships are crucial for mental wellness and overall happiness. I will help you cultivate a sense of belonging both in and out of our sessions to promote healthier relationships. Together, we'll address your relational concerns, create personal boundaries, and enhance your ability to form fulfilling connections.

Trauma

Carrying unresolved wounds from past trauma can show up as present day behaviors causing obstacles that make you feel stuck without you knowing it. Fears and panic can trigger fight, flight, or freeze responses in your nervous system, making it hard to cope with your issues. This can severely impact your sense of self and several areas of your life, hindering you from having an authentic life. Through a trauma informed lens, I will help you safely connect with burdened self protecting parts keeping you suck in the past. Unburdening wounded parts can build trust within yourself, leading to healing transformation and achieved wholeness. I want to help you to move forward in your life feeling freer, lighter and with confidence to achieve personal growth.
