Through a trauma informed lens, I will help you safely connect with burdened self protecting parts keeping you suck in the past. Unburdening wounded parts can build trust within yourself, leading to healing transformation and achieved wholeness. I want to help you to move forward in your life feeling freer, lighter and with confidence to achieve personal growth.
